Refund policy

We are happy to exchange or refund purchases provided that they are returned, at the customers expense, within 14 days of the invoice date.  All items must be in unworn condition, with all tags and labels attached.  If multiple sizes were ordered, please ensure belts etc that are being returned, correspond with the size of the garment being returned.

At our discretion, goods may returned to us after 14 days for a Credit Voucher to the value of the goods (not including shipping). Please email us at hello@secret-boutique.co.uk in the first instance, to make us aware you wish to return goods outwith our usual returns window.

ITEMS NOT RETURNED IN THIS CONDITION WILL NOT BE EXCHANGED/REFUNDED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER.
